Granite

Granite is  one of the more well-known inner igneous stones and one of the more important stones of a building whose abundance and beauty after polishing has made it a consideration  in architecture  in the last decade, valuable sources of  excellent gravity with colors.  A variety of red, black, dark green, light green, white and pink with    small and large black seeds have been discovered, basically the name granite was given to  coarse grain rocks by an Italian scientist in the 16th century  , and the word granite is derived from the word granum meaning wheat grain, the nameof the camel mineral is the size of it.  wheat grain.

The scientific definition of granite is different from that  used in business and market, and scientifically granite is a group of  crystalline inner igneous rocks whose seeds are coarse and almost equal to the texture  of the 10-inch cpi  , and this stone  is composed of alkaline and quartz feldspars, and Mica, Hornblund and Pyroxene are made up of canines.    There are  also different amounts of  minor and unusual minerals, only a few of which can be seen by the naked eye  or by  non-specialists,  the   existence of  small amounts of mica in the composition of harmful granite stones.    If the amount is large, it causes  the  sheeting of the stone  to be laminated, usually the points where they begin to degrade  , the places where the mika is there, as long as the amount of micka in it is not high, it is very hard and firm.

From a commercial point of view, the term granite   includes  all kinds of  cut-out igneous rocks, and these stones are mainly  granite (in the scientific sense), ganais, granite ganais, sinite, monzonite, granodiorite and diorite, and even all the samples that are intermediate to these rocks.      G.Y. Rand. When the stonesof Gabriel, Diabaz, Anorthosite and P.Roxon are used as paid building stones, they are called black granite.

Granite Properties

Granite is one of the igneous  rocks of volcanic origin that  has considerable hardness and strength, extremely high hardness  has led to a tangible increase  in the haze ofthe nines related to the extraction, cutting and processing of this rock, high durability, low water absorption, resistance to pressure and impact, beauty of design and variety of colors. The absence of  pores and naturally low adhesion to mortar and its discoloration (in some samples) against atmospheric conditions has caused it to be used less in the façade today  , mainly in floors, especially in crowded places and prone to polishing or impact  .    Because of its polished granite head, its use in open spaces and exposed to rainfall is limited, so due to its extraordinary strength, it is  usually used during meta-neds such as  manual and machine-made work, too.  Sandblasting, shot blast, film and… Try to increase the roughness and friction of the surface  .  For example,   in  farandt-e-shah handheld work, using a special hammer for grooves on the stone is created that depending on the amount, direction and depth of the grooves to a tickle, two and pickaxes are named M.   It’s a  little bit of work in the K-direction of a blade,  a millet full  and two-step, two-stage,  and  a deep work called pickaxe, and also in the far from The Bush Hamer.  Saab’s headedness uses metal wired fries that their rotational motion causes uniform needles on the surface of the  m stone.

Sprinkling  of sand  grains or  metal  pellets under air pressure is another method of surface abrasion of rock, known as sandblasting and shotblast, respectively, and the flim or flame method is one of the methods  of heat-based abrasion in this method, the airborne flame is locally placed on the stone, which due to the low elasticity coefficient of the rock, causes the surface to scaling and increasing roughness. It’s m.

It should be noted that these metadeves are  not specific to granite and only to increase surface roughness and for other reasons on other rocks such as travertine and marble.    For example, in some  dark stones with  low SB capability, the stone’s shedding makes its color brighter or by eliminating the saab and resin stages, it reduces the price  of the final product.

It is noteworthy that unlike marble and travertine, granite stone does not have  a wide color game and sorting in its various types and  it is bad for achieving a uniform surface in large works, the variety of granite color is high and from black and green to gray, orange, cream and …  Be supplied domestically or imported in the  country.

Granite Classification

Gravity  can be classified  based on the minerals of the  donor mattress, texture, color and some andsome of the jags such as special gravity, compressive strength, resistance to shackles or even application  , but none of these are  classified  as  It is not  a satisfactory practical basis.

Granite Application

In addition to the use of granite in historical buildings, due to its high durability, variety of color, polishability and granite texture, special attention has been paid to it by architects, and on the other hand, new methods of  extraction, processing and substitring have been effective in the development of granite consumption in buildings,  and large and medium grain types have been good at high-volume works, such as  large buildings, breakwaters, dams, bridges. The docks and the docks…

It is also used in the façade of the building, paving  of the abals, foundation of the building, indoor coating, staircase and special uses (proximity to acid) the crushed granite is mainly used as concrete components in road construction, railway infrastructure, small amounts in hatchers, water treatment and similar uses. Y. Be.

Many of  the gravity in the interior spaces and  the beaver andthe jaleh are used  as paving stones, they lose their polished surface later than marble  and become less than marble or limestone on the granite, which is one of  the denser ones. It is stone and has very good abrasive resistance, so many textured payments such as flamethrower, tishing, etc. did.  Gravity as candles in bridges,  water fountains, rivers in or near cities and marine facilities, facades of bridges,  bending parts of buildings, paving stones  of  buildings, kh-abeans  Buildings, monuments, facades and floors of office, commercial, residential buildings, etc. I’m going to work.
