I’m starting to get a bit worried about my Wrangler because I’ve noticed a new vibration that’s definitely coming from underneath the car, especially when I accelerate or decelerate, and it feels like it’s right in the middle of the chassis. A buddy of mine who’s more mechanically inclined took a quick look and thinks the driveshaft might be on its way out, which sounds expensive and a bit daunting. I live in Khalifa City, so I’m really hoping to find a good specialist nearby rather than having to drive all the way into Musaffah or Abu Dhabi city, especially since I’m not sure how much longer the car is safe to drive. I’ve heard there are a few workshops around that focus on 4x4s, and I’ve seen a place that does Fast Jeep Driveshaft Repair in Khalifa City, which would be massively convenient. I’m just a bit cautious about trusting a new garage with something as critical as the driveline, because I’ve heard that if the alignment or balancing isn’t done right after a driveshaft repair, it can cause even more issues down the line. Has anyone here had a good experience with a Jeep specialist in or around Khalifa City? I’m also wondering if I should be looking at replacing the whole shaft or if a reconditioning service or even just a new universal joint might sort it out. Any recommendations or advice from people who’ve had similar issues would be a massive help. Cheers.
Anyone know a solid garage in Khalifa City for a Wrangler driveshaft?
