Positive reviews mentioning communication and explanation rather than just price and speed being more useful than star ratings is an observation worth applying systematically rather than just occasionally. A detailed review describing what the technician showed the customer and how they explained the repair process before starting tells you something meaningful about how that workshop operates. A five star review that just says great service fast and cheap tells you almost nothing useful about what you’ll actually experience.
